Gus Zaldivar is the head Instructor of 10th Planet Jiu Jitsu Riverside. He began his Jiu Jitsu journey in 2010. Seven and a half years later and currently a brown belt under the tutelage of Sensai Eddie Bravo, he is continuing to pursue his career and his understanding of the art day in and day out. He loves working with kids and enjoys to see there development as they mature and become positive influences in society. Teaching the adult program gives him the opportunity to express his love for the art and to grow with the students as they further there knowledge in self defense and competition Jiu Jitsu. Coming from humble beginnings, he and his wife of 6 years have a daughter (Paisley Harper Zaldivar). He is very appreciative of all who allow him to open his heart and mind to express his love for martial arts.
