## Liberty Jiu Jitsu opened its doors in 2021 with a mission to serve families in the Grovetown community. We offer programs for every stage, including Preschool Jiu Jitsu, Kids Jiu Jitsu (ages 5-7 and 8-12), and an Adults program where teens are welcome to train. In addition to Jiu Jitsu, we offer Muay Thai four days a week, and a free weekly Women’s Kickboxing class. Our goal is creating a space where everyone can grow, build confidence, and feel at home on the mats. ## At Liberty, we believe martial arts is about more than learning techniques. It’s about building character, resilience, and lifelong friendships in a supportive environment. Whether you’re stepping onto the mats for the first time or continuing your journey, our classes are designed to help every student progress with confidence.
