Founded by Alexandro and Gabriela Ceconi, the academy provides comprehensive BJJ programs for women, kids, and adults in the Magnolia, Conroe, and The Woodlands communities. Alexandro Ceconi's journey is an inspiring example of dedication and perseverance. Born and raised in Santa Catarina, Brazil, he worked as a car salesman while training Jiu-Jitsu at lunchtime and night under Rilion Gracie, the youngest son of Carlos Gracie who founded Gracie Jiu-Jitsu. By 2011, Alexandro decided to pursue MMA fighting professionally, putting all his focus into this endeavor until finally achieving success by opening Ceconi BJJ - his very own academy that proudly stands today. The academy's mission is to allow a smaller, weaker person to defend themselves against a bigger, stronger opponent through proper technique and leverage. The techniques are designed to enable control and submission using joint locks or chokeholds. Ceconi BJJ is home to world champions and provides an effective form of self-defense while offering a challenging and fun workout for men and women of all ages.
