Head instructor Bill Henry is a black belt with over 20 years of experience in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. Bill previously owned a BJJ school and brings extensive teaching experience and competition knowledge to his training programs. His approach emphasizes technical proficiency, proper fundamentals, and the importance of consistent training while maintaining a balance between challenging workouts and injury prevention. Bill's philosophy combines traditional BJJ techniques with modern training methods, focusing on helping students develop both their physical skills and mental discipline.
