BJJ in Orlando means loading up the car, driving down with the team, and showing up ready to compete. That is exactly what happened here. The whole crew made the trip to Orlando for the American Championship, and this video follows everything from the moment we left the house to the last match of the day. One hour and thirty minutes on the road, electric car stop included, and the energy was already high before we even arrived.

Before competition day, we got a full tour of Elemental Jiu Jitsu in Winter Park — a gym with an infrared sauna, a full pro shop, kids and adult classes, and something that stands out across all of Central Florida: the largest women's-only BJJ program in the region. The gym gave us exactly what we needed the night before — space to prepare, food to fuel up, and a team around us that made the whole thing feel like home. When competition day arrived, the mats were packed and the team brought everything they had.
