Paraestra Hiroshima

Paraestra Hiroshima is an officially recognized mixed martial arts dojo in Hiroshima, based on the philosophy of Paraestra, which was founded by Yuki Nakai, known as the "father of Japanese jiu-jitsu." Paraestra Hiroshima is interested in and challenges a wide variety of martial arts, including jiu-jitsu, shouto, boxing, and kickboxing. We are involved in and participate in various tournaments and events, and have produced and have many professional fighters. Martial arts are often perceived as intimidating, but we have women and children as well, and we are fully equipped with training machines, so people of all ages and genders, from beginners to aspiring professionals, or those just looking to train or lose weight, can come and train on the days and times that suit them. It's a freestyle environment, so you can train with peace of mind. Trial lessons and visits are also welcome.
