Jim Alers brings to the table over 15 years of experience as a martial arts instructor. As a Black Belt in Brazilian Jiu-jitsu, Jim's experience includes 20 professional MMA fights and is currently 4-1 as a Bare Knuckle boxer. Jim earned a Bachelors Degree in Elementary Education from University of Central Florida. With a love for the sport, Jim creates an environment which is both fun and technical. He brings to the table quality instruction, superior technique, and practical application. He enjoys working with people of various fitness and experience levels.
