This class is designed to help you feel comfortable on the mats while learning the essential building blocks of Jiu-Jitsu. We focus on proper movement, basic techniques, and core concepts so you can develop a strong foundation at a safe, steady pace. You’ll build confidence as you train, improve coordination and fitness, and start to understand the art in a clear, beginner-friendly environment. No experience is needed, just a willingness to learn. Our goal is to support you from day one while you build real skills and get comfortable training.
