## **Our academy is a family environment and home to some of the most humble and knowledgeable martial artists in the brazilian jiu jitsu community.** Our headquarters academy is located in beautiful Palo Cedro (Northern California). We take pride in our instruction, whether you want to learn Jiu-Jitsu for self-defense, competition, mental clarity or fitness; we have something for you. The techniques and mindset taught by our instructors have been tested in combat and real-world violent encounters. Our priority is not collecting medals and trophies, but instilling the confidence and tools needed to challenge yourself and be a better human being.
