Adam has competed in many different internal competitions during his time learning BJJ in Brazil and now as a coach is hosting his 2nd internal competition coined Banana Crown. Kieren has yet to do an internal comp and yet he talks a big game for someone who’s ducking the Banana Crown? But what is it all about, is it even good for the gym? And why is Kieren so scared?!
