If you’ve done jiujitsu for long enough chances are you’ve experienced an injury that has taken you out of training jiujitsu for some time. It’s part of life when participating in a full-contact sport, particularly one as physically demanding as BJJ. Adam has had his fair share of jiujitsu-related injuries throughout his career and is recently returning from an elbow surgery so it was good timing to talk about his experience returning to training. In this episode, you can expect anecdotal evidence of best practices as well as practical advice from a veteran black belt.
