Founded on March 21, 2001, Cia Amazonense is one of the most prominent Jiu-Jitsu schools in Manaus, Brazil. Since its formation, the number of students has grown steadily, and the technical quality of its athletes is well-known in state, regional, and international competitions of high prestige. The academy is registered with CBJJ/IBJJF under number 2098. Cia Amazonense consolidates its position as one of the largest teams in the State of Amazonas. Since its inauguration, the academy has been operating in one of the largest dojos in Manaus (92 m²), located at Praça Santos Dumont N.º 45, Centro, Manaus, Amazonas, Brazil. The head instructor teaching classes at Cia Amazonense de Jiu-Jitsu is Rigoney Castro Costa Jr., a 5th degree black belt (IBJJF Nº 04003). Professor Rigoney leads training sessions with a focus on technical excellence and competitive preparation, developing athletes who compete successfully at state, regional, and international levels.

Escola de Jiu-Jitsu Fábio Carvalho is a Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu academy in Natal, Rio Grande do Norte, that began operations in 2014. The school was created with the goal of sharing knowledge acquired in the martial art over many years with students. The academy is registered with the Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Confederation (CBJJ) and affiliated with Gracie Humaitá. Led by Professor Fábio Carvalho, a 3rd-degree black belt, the academy offers programs for adults, women, and children. The curriculum emphasizes Jiu-Jitsu, self-defense, submission grappling, and functional training. The philosophy centers on quality of life and healthy living combined with physical activity practice. Professor Fábio Carvalho began training in 1997 and received his black belt in 2005. His journey included training with Combate Real under Professor Rodrigo Wanderley, later co-founding Dragão Team, and eventually joining Gracie Humaitá in 2014. The academy now serves nearly 100 students across the main location and two branches, with additional social projects serving the community. The modern facility features two mats, locker rooms, a pro shop, waiting area, kids' space, and a snack bar.
