The Ares BJJ Plant City is a family owned and operated business teaching Striking, Karate, Combatives, Muay Lao, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, Self-defense, as well as fitness classes and one-on-one personal training. We also offer Plant City parents an after school program, spring break, and summer camp. Renshi Q, head instructor and owner holds a 7th Degree Black Belt with over 30 years experience and is a National Competitor and Champion with Bad Boys National Karate Tram and Team USA.
