At Next Level, Jiu-Jitsu is taught as a martial art not only in the technical aspect but in the tactical and mental aspects as well. Despite the extraordinary evolution of Jiu-Jitsu in the recent years, we should never forget its origins. Therefore, the core of our instruction will always be on Self-defense, as per the tradition of the Gracie family, and on the technical principles of Jiu-Jitsu. Despite our focus on the basics, we will always encourage and support our students who want to challenge themselves in competition and learn advanced or specialized game techniques. Our goal is to bring people from all over the world, with different cultures, age, gender and physical abilities and better prepare them for the adversities and difficult situations in life with a holistic approach to Jiu-Jitsu.
Buffalo Combat Fitness is dedicated to the development of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and producing true champions inside and outside the academy. Our gym is a safe, positive and supportive martial arts training environment. You will learn easy self-defense techniques that could save your life. BJJ builds courage and self-confidence along with enhancing strength, flexibility, balance, coordination and cardio-respiratory fitness.
