Originally founded in 2008, Atos has grown into a powerhouse team with over 70 affiliate academies around the globe. Atos Reno was the first of those affiliates, originally operated by Kelley Perotti, 3rd degree Black Belt and 2x Masters World Champion. In November 2023, Arturo Espinoza took over ownership of Atos Reno Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu in a fitting transition. Arturo was Kelley's longtime family friend and the first student to earn his black belt under her mentorship, receiving his black belt in 2016 from Professor Andre Galvao.
