Suspect refused to leave IHOP when asked. Police officers arrive to take him into custody, he resists, SafeWrap deployed, situation handled. No serious injuries reported.

SafeWrap is proprietary restraint system and does require a license for institutional use. The license is free for law enforcement agencies and can only be obtained upon completion of the SafeWrap instructor certification.
