O problema não é o Jiu Jitsu, mas como ele está sendo ensinado, quantas pessoas desistem por ter experiências negativas ? Eu aprendi Jiu Jitsu de uma forma diferente. No primeiro dia, já estava lutando. Mas isso foi há 15 anos. E o fato de ter sido assim… não significa que era o jeito certo. Era o que se fazia na época. Hoje, sabemos que existem métodos muito mais eficientes e seguros. Quando entrei na Alliance Jiu Jitsu, já como faixa roxa, tive um choque. No módulo de iniciante, aprendi conceitos e fundamentos que nunca tinham me sido ensinados. Percebi, na prática, o quanto a falta de método limita o desenvolvimento até de quem já treina há anos. A metodologia, aplicada há mais de duas décadas, organiza o aprendizado, desenvolve a base técnica e melhora a consciência corporal do aluno. Isso não elimina totalmente o risco de lesões afinal, é um esporte de contato. Mas reduz significativamente as chances de alguém se machucar por falta de entendimento. Após um ciclo estruturado de aproximadamente 60 aulas, o aluno já possui muito mais controle, técnica e clareza sobre o que está fazendo. Por isso, ao ver casos de lesão, é importante entender: o problema não é o Jiu-Jitsu. É a forma como ele é ensinado.
