A wealth of knowledge (Countless training years) and experience (Over 60 MMA fights) between everyone on the mat. As usual the place was filled with a relaxed and friendly vibe and had a great atmosphere to practice our Martial Arts. All the crew were helping and teaching each other so they could improve as individuals and also grow stronger together as a group.
