Here is a video of the epic training day we had last Easter Friday. A wealth of knowledge (Countless training years) and experience (Over 60 MMA fights) between everyone on the mat. As usual the place was filled with a relaxed and friendly vibe and had a great atmosphere to practice our Martial Arts. All the crew were helping and teaching each other so they could improve as individuals and also grow stronger together as a group. If you want to train MMA on the Northern Beaches come on down to Langes MMA as you will not find a combination of skills, knowledge, experience and cooler people anywhere else. Plus we are all passionate about helping people understand, learn and then unlock the mental and physical health benefits of the Martial Arts that we love so much.
