Nathalie is a licensed massage therapist that owns and operates Alquina Massage & Wellness, Osiris is a yoga master who founded Air Fire Yoga a practice that focuses on developing: strength, endurance, proper body alignment, flexibility, relaxation, and vitality. Nat and Osi use their fields to help people prevent and recover from injuries a issue that every jiujitsu practitioner deals with.
