Lifelong friendships are forged on the mat as you make the journey from white to black belt. it's never too late to challenge your mind and body in new ways! Flow BJJ has training schedules for everyone with classes tailored to Adults, Women, and Children. And there are multiple "Open Gym" times available during the week.
