At Pacific Jiu Jitsu, we believe that our world class Jiu Jitsu instruction will help to improve your quality of life. We strive to help our students develop not only their physical abilities, but also their mental and emotional strength, discipline, and respect. Our training program is designed to be challenging, but also fun and rewarding. We use techniques rooted in Carlos and Helio Gracie's teachings to help students learn and progress at their own pace, including drills and sparring. We offer Jiu Jitsu classes (from ages 3+) as well as boxing, wrestling, MMA, self defense, gymnastics, yoga, capoeira, strength & conditioning. We are proud to have a welcoming and supportive upcountry community at Pacific Jiu Jitsu, located in Makawao. Our students come from all walks of life, but share a common passion for Jiu Jitsu and a desire to improve themselves.
