But what is the best way to teach BJJ?
- Skip Warm Ups or Athletically Primed- Live Games better than Drills?- Planned Classes or Freestyle seminars- Teacher Leader VS Team Teaching If you are struggling with remembering what is taught in class you need to find the best way for you to learn. Once you identify what works this it will accelerate your BJJ dramatically. The way the class is taught is outside your control so don't depend on it, be intentional and own what you are learning.
