Have you ever had a Cauliflower ear? Ear puffed up and super sore? This injury is a part of BJJ culture but very few people understand how to deal with this predicament- including medical doctors. Both JT & Joey have had their own experience with Cauliflower ears and have been frustrated with the lack of information on what to do.
