Is your coach injured? Are you a coach carrying some battle scars? A huge challenge for anyone who has done BJJ for many consecutive years is working around injury. The toughest part is that as a coach your business depends on your body, s,o how can you rest and heal when your students need you to roll with them everyday?
Well maybe there is an alternative. Both Joey & JT have had to battle through injuries as Personal trainers and BJJ Coaches. The fear that all your students will leave if you don't roll everyday is keeping you injured. Whether you coach or not, protecting the asset- your health is the foundation to your business. This discussion gives some good examples of how you can manage injury, take time to get healthy again and still see your business grow.
