Judo VS Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (What’s the Difference?)

Not which is better, but just what is the differences between them.

Got a message from Joe who sent me a video of Dr Rhadi Ferguson (who’s 1 hell of a grappler) share his opinion of the difference of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and Judo.

In the video he shares why he believes Judo and BJJ are basically the same art at their core. They went on to evolve in different ways, but at their core they’re the same. You can look at Judo books from back in the day and see a lot the basics to the “modern” BJJ we practice today.
