Getting injured is something that will eventually happen to every BJJ practitioner. So how you work around it is important.
There are times to take off completely and just rest, but there are also alternatives that will allow you to keep rolling while you recover. In this video I share an idea that I use anytime I have a small injury that's not too serious.
Doing this has allowed me to heal up and recover while avoiding making the injury.
Word of caution! The strategy I talk about in this video requires some discipline and intentionality.
