One of the Worlds Most Accomplished Competitors Paulo Miyao is widely regarded as a phenomenon in the world of Jiu Jitsu, having achieved success in the sport since his teenage years. He and his brother João Miyao are among the most accomplished competitors in the history of the sport, having won numerous major titles, including the gold medal in the open weight division of the IBJJF World Championship (2013 brown belt) - a remarkable achievement for someone who competes in the light featherweight category (64 kg/141lbs). Paulo and his brother are also known for their work ethic and extreme dedication to the sport. Multiple-time IBJJF World Champion Diego "Pato" Oliveira established himself in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu while competing for the São Paulo-based team Projeto Social Lutando Pelo Bem (PSLPB). During this time, he secured significant titles in the International Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Federation (IBJJF) circuit, including World, Pan, and Brazilian National Championships in the lower belt divisions. Diego later became one of the most acclaimed light-featherweights in the sport's history, achieving considerable success in both Gi and No-Gi competitions across various promotions.
