As a referee, you will be paid as well as travel costs and food.

To be able to referee at ADCC, you must have taken an adcc referee course. We ''ADCC - Denmark'' are holding an adcc referee course on 9th October.

Reservation for changes in the program

Before his/her first fight, the athlete will check his/her weight doing weight-in period from 8.30-10. There is only one opportunity to check the weight. If the competitor does not make his/her weight,they will be immediately disqualified. Please make sure that you are in the correct weight division. You can not change divisions ,if you do not make your designated division. No changes will be accepted in the tournament day, no refund.

Check on Tournament Important Info the official weight measurement used in the Tournament. All athletes should fight and weigh-in with the correct uniform!

All athletes must bring a photo ID with them to the competition, you can not compete without one.

Corrections by e-mail:The athletes can send one e-mail with changes on the registration, by sending a email to competitions@artesuave.dk

Registration Check day:The athletes must make sure that their information is correct by checking the website on the registration listfor their weight, belt, academy, age division, and name information. If there are any mistakes on the informationplease send an email to competitions@artesuave.dk

The brackets will be released before the tournament .

After the registration check day, no changes will be made and no refunds will be given.

During the tournament, any mistakes on the brackets that were not correct previous to Registration Check day will lead to immediate disqualification .

**It is
the athlete's responsibility to be present at their match and to stay updated
on changes to the match schedule before and during the event. If an athlete is
not present at the start of their match, they will be disqualified.**
