**Description:** The ADCC Finnish Championships 2016 is a no-gi grappling competition for adults (men and women, professional/experienced) and seniors (+35 years). It will be held on December 3, 2016.

Winners of the men's and women's weight classes will receive flights, accommodation, and entry to the ADCC European Championships. Participants must be Finnish citizens and belong to an ADCC Finland member club.

The registration fee is 50€ for SM divisions and 30€ for Senior SM divisions, payable in cash on site. The registration deadline is November 27, 2016. Spectator entry is 10€, with two free coaches per club. All competitors must have valid competition insurance.
