# Arte Suave Cup San Antonio Qualifiers > Competition in San Antonio, Texas, United States | February 07, 2020 – February 09, 2020 ## Overview **Event Type:** Competition **Description:** FRIDAY WEIGH-INS & SEMINAR The doors will open at 4 p.m. Every competitor and coach will check-in at our front desk when they arrive. When checked in the competitors will proceed to weigh-ins. Once weighed-in, competitors will pick up their gifts. Any further questions will be resolved at bracketing. If there are no discrepancies the competitors and coaches may take part in the seminar. Please do not be late out of respect for the host. The seminar will begin at 6:30 p.m. and will end at 8 p.m. TOURNAMENT Doors open at 8 a.m. The rules meeting will take place at 9 a.m. Kids and Teens that have not checked in will be required to check-in no later than 9 a.m. Adults will need to be checked in no later than 11 a.m. Competitors that are not checked in on said times will be disqualified from the event without a refund. Coaches and competitors will be required to be at staging one hour before the start time. Any further questions feel free to email Info@artesuavecup.com TOURNAMENT & SEMINAR FEE 1 Division=$100USD (Early Bird) = $90USD 2 divisions= $125USD (Early Bird) = $115USD Additional division = $25USD Non-Competitor Seminar Rate = $60USD Spectators Are $20USD ($5USD off per Family Member) Cash or credit (Visa, MasterCard, and Discover) are the only accepted forms of payment. AmEx and checks are not accepted. REFUND/ CREDIT POLICY CREDITS You can cancel and receive a full refund for any reason. Competitors must cancel by Friday. ASC will give refunds to competitors that could not find a match up for their division. All discrepancies will be handled at bracketing. COACH PASSES ASC provides 1 chair on each side of every score table, you will need to be a verified coach to be able to receive a coach pass.
