# Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Finnish Championships 2017

**Description:** The BJJ Finnish Championships 2017 will be held at Pasilan Sports Hall in Helsinki on November 18-19, 2017. The Finnish BJJ Federation (SBJJL) will support the winners of specific belt categories (blue, purple, and brown/black for men; blue and purple/brown/black for women) with €300 towards travel costs for the IBJJF European Open 2018. Black belt winners may also use the prize for the Rome Open if they lack IBJJF competition points. Additionally, all open class winners will receive €300 for the IBJJF European Open 2018. This support is reimbursed against receipts.

All participants must hold an SBJJL license for 2017. The competition is open to Finnish citizens and individuals who have resided permanently in Finland for at least two years. The rules followed are the official IBJJF rules.
