Please be sure you are selecting the correct weight category. Competitors will be merged into the nearest division to their weight and/or age group. If any competitors remain alone in their divisions once brackets are finalized, it means no default mergers were available to them, and they will receive a full refund of their registration. We will post scheduled start times by Thursday April 22nd. IMPORTANT REMINDER: Our tournament schedule is Dynamic and is likely to change as the tournament begins, it is VERY IMPORTANT for competitors to check their updated start time 2.5 hours prior to the original start time and plan on arriving 1.5 hours prior to their designated start time. IT IS THE COMPETITORS RESPONSIBILITY to be sure they are updated on their start time and to arrive a minimum of 1.5 hours early. ALL updated start times will be shown on Smoothcomp and competitors/ parents can track that on the Smoothcomp app. NOVICE DIVISION: We have a "NOVICE DIVISION" available for youth, juvenile and adults. To qualify for the “Novice Division” the athlete MUST have no more than SIX MONTHS of Jiu-Jitsu training, and the cutoff date for having started training Jiu-Jitsu is October 25, 2025. NO EXCEPTIONS! Also, all athletes’ brackets are based on Weight Division, Age, and Belt Rank.We want to give beginners a chance to compete and enjoy the atmosphere as a competitor and not just a spectator. This will be specifically for those students who have just begun to study the Art of Jiu-Jitsu.
