## Overview

**Event Type:** Competition

**Description:** Similarly to our previous Grassroots events , This  competition is designed to serve the community  as a stepping stone between training at your academy and competing at large scale national competitions  like the Dublin Open etc .

This competition is open to all levels and Ideal for those looking to gain further experience

The competition will be ran under the Quintet rule set. A five person winner stays on format competition.

Spectators must be kept to a minimum due to space limitations , also to maintain  a more friendly competition environment .

**Competitors will be required to register their whole team at once.**
