**Description:** The Lahti BJJ Open is a gym competition hosted by Lahden Gentai. Matches begin at 10:00 AM with junior divisions. Adult white and colored belt lightweight divisions will follow, starting no earlier than 11:30 AM. Heavier adult divisions will start no earlier than 2:00 PM.

Weigh-ins are available from 8:30 AM upon arrival at the venue, or before your first match. The competition follows official IBJJF rules, with colored belt divisions using blue belt rules. Match times are 5 minutes for white belts and 6 minutes for colored belts; junior match times vary by age group. Prizes will be awarded to the top three competitors in all divisions, and bronze matches will be held.
