**Description:** This will be a double elimination tournament and victory will be determined by points OR submission within the allotted time frame.  Matches will be 5 minutes in length. 

This is an open level tournament to guarantee mat time for all competitors.  Brackets will be mixed up to ensure even difficulties (as close as possible) for each qualifying bracket.

Scoring

All submissions except z lock are allowed. No slams. No jumping guard. No scissor takedowns.

Weigh ins 9:30-10:30am 

First match 11 am
