**Description:** We invite everyone to Oxy Spring Open, the biggest BJJ tournament in the west coast of Norway, GI and NOGI.

Teens, juveniles, adults and masters can compete and we have open classes for all adults.

TEENS & JUVENILES

Teens (2002-2003) and Juveniles (2000-2001) can be put together as one category if there is lack of participants. Juveniles can also participate in the adult class, if they want, but only in their own weight division. Juveniles competing twice pay only the adult fee.

MASTERS

You can compete in the master class if you are born in 1982 or before (35+). White belts and blue belts will compete in the same category.

COMPETITION FEE

Fee teens & juveniles (GI or NOGI): 200 Nkr

Fee teens & juveniles (GI and NOGI): 300 Nkr

Fee adults (GI or NOGI): 250 Nkr

Fee adults (GI and NOGI): 400 Nkr

Fee masters (GI or NOGI): 250 Nkr

Fee masters (GI and NOGI): 400 Nkr

Note that if you sign up after the normal registration deadline, the competition fee will be 100 Nkr extra.

WEIGH-INS

30 minutes before your class starts, your weight will be checked. Please make sure you are in the correct weight division. You can not change division at the weigh-in.

RULES

There will not be any briefing of the rules at the tournament, so make sure you read up on them. International BJJ rules from International Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Federation will apply, you can find them at www.ibjjf.org/rules

HOW WE MERGE GROUPS

We require at least two fighters in one group for the weightclass to happen. We will compine two weightclasses within the same age if necessary, without too big weight difference.

Boys/male

Teens: -65 kg, -75 kg, +75 kg

Juveniles: -70 kg, -80 kg, +80 kg

Adults: -70 kg, -80 kg, -90 kg, +90 kg

Masters: -70 kg, -80 kg, -90 kg, +90 kg

Girls/female

Teens: -55 kg, +55 kg

Juveniles: -60 kg, +60 kg

Adults: -65 kg, +65 kg

Masters: -65 kg, +65 kg
