**Description:** Join the esteemed BJJ instructor Roy Dean to Kristiansand, Norway, for his annual Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu workshop! 4th Degree Black Belt in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu Roy Dean holds a fourth-degree black belt in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, along with black belts in Kodokan Judo, Aikikai Aikido, and Japanese Jujutsu. He believes that Jiu Jitsu is akin to a superpower, providing individuals with a significant advantage. Roy's journey in Jiu Jitsu began at the age of 16 when he was sent to Japan as an exchange student. Remarkably, he earned his first black belt in Judo by the age of 17. Kristiansand Kristiansand, Norway, nestled along the southern coast, is a picturesque city renowned for its charming blend of natural beauty, rich history, and vibrant cultural scene.
