There is a possibility to register in multiple weight categories, skill level and in different age category combinations – as long as the registration is made correctly for each category and the correct entry fee is paid for the number of chosen categories. In the event of multiple category registration, we take no responsibility for fights of different categories taking place one after another. However, athletes may bring up that fact to the judges and we will do our best to provide the athletes with the maximum time of rest between fights. We reserve the right to combine the weight or skill categories closest to each other in the event of low number of athletes taking part in the tournament. We also reserve the right to close the registration process before schedule in the event the maximum number of participants is reached. The schedule and brackets will appeaer in the Instagram SOLT profile on June 11. You can find it under the Brackets & Schedule tab on top of the page. The weigh-ins and verification will take place in three areas simultaneously. The weigh-ins will take place according to the schedule that will be published after registration closing and bracket announcement. Athletes can wear any type of clothing during weigh-ins (underwear is allowed). The weight tolerance is 0.00kg – this pertains children as well. Athletes going over the weight limit will be disqualified. There is no option to change weight categories on the day of the tournament. The weight category change can be made individually by the final stage of the registration process, that is June 8 at 23:59. There will be a warm-up matt / area available to the athletes during the event. There can be one coach present along with their athlete in the fight area (area separated around the matts). Athletes wishing to compete in the tournament must present a valid ID during the verification process, Under-age competitors must present their parent/legal guardian permission to participate in the competition. In the event of missing documents, competitors will not be let to participate in fights and the registration fee is not to be refunded.
