Doors open at 7:30 am
The event starts at 9:00 am

Kids, Juvenile and Female Divisions will be held in the morning.
Male Adults and Master in the afternoon.
On friday, May 14th we will have a more exact schedule once the brackets are set.

**FORMAT:**The event will follow IBJJF NoGi rules, and all competitors will have a chance to compete at least twice (unless their division has two or fewer registered competitors). Grapplers must be wear Rashguard and Shorts to compete, but there is no restriction regarding color or design to them.

**ATTENDANCE LIMIT:**Only 300 competitors will be allowed to register due to Covid Protocols. The divisions will be spread during the day to guarantee the safest possible environment during competition day.

**WEIGHT DIVISIONS:**Due to the venue's attendance limitation, we will be running the competition with limited weight classes. All kids divisions will have five weight classes, and adult divisions will have from 4 to 5 weight classes.

**SKILL DIVISIONS:**Skill divisions will be divided into Beginners, Intermediate, and Expert.

**COACH LIMIT:**Only one coach will be allowed per Team. If you have a large team and will need more than one coach during the day, please get in touch by email, and we will try to make arrangements.

**AWARDS:**Gold, Silver, and Bronze medals based on the design of the Pro Championship belt. All medalists will also receive a commemorative pin with the same "color" as their medal (gold, silver or bronze).

**REGISTRATION OPTIONS:**

**- Early Bird -**Register by April 30th
$65.00 per division and $25 for Absolute Class (adult age group only)

**- Regular -**Register by May 12th
$75.00 per division and $25 for Absolute Class (adult age group only)

**- Late Registration -**Register by May 15th
$85.00 per division and $25 for Absolute Class (adult age group only)

**REFUND POLICY:**We issue refunds for an event registration until the early bird date. Only full coupon credits will be issued for future events from the early bird date to the end of Regular registration. After the Regular registration deadline, there will be no refunds or future credits issued. Refunds and Credits can be obtained by logging into your account and canceling your event registration.

Competitors who do not have a bracket or their opponent no-shows the day of the event can request a full coupon credit if they choose not to take the podium or agree to be moved into another division. No show credit only applies if you have no matches for the day.
