Join us for a hands-on Jiu-Jitsu Takedown Clinic focused on effective entries, control positions, and strategies to dominate the first exchange.

What you’ll learn:

✅ Taking control of the Over-Under position

✅ Dealing with stiff collar ties and creating openings

✅ Getting to the legs safely — without getting guillotined

✅ Primarily No-Gi (we’ll touch on some Gi variations too)

This clinic is perfect for athletes of all levels looking to improve confidence, sharpen wrestling fundamentals, and make their Jiu-Jitsu more dangerous from the feet.
