The Grapple League Round-Robin format ensures that every competitor gets multiple matches in each division—win or lose. Participants can expect between 4 to 6 matches per division!
The live competitor list can be found under the ‘Athletes’ tab and will be updated in real time.
We follow the same rule-set as Grappling Industries please see below:
Registration for The Grapple League event constitutes confirmation that you have carefully reviewed the event details and agree to comply with all applicable rules and policies.

WEIGH-INS: Weigh-ins open when the venue doors open on the day of your competition and remain available until 60 minutes before your division starts.
Brackets and the event schedule will be released 48 hours before the event and can be found under the ‘Schedule’ tab on the event page.
Please note: schedules are dynamic—division start times may shift throughout the day. Brackets can run up to 1 hour ahead of schedule, so it’s essential to keep an eye on updates during the event.
After the registration and change deadlines pass, our bracketing team will begin building the final brackets.
If you’re left alone in a division after all possible mergers (indicated by an ‘x’ next to the division name), you’re eligible for a credit toward a future event. Please contact us at thegrappleleague@gmail.com to arrange this.
CHANGING DIVISIONS OR CANCELLING REGISTRATION:
Competitors may update or cancel their registration anytime before the change deadline.

How to change weight class or cancel registration
Each event has a limited number of spots, and registration will close early once capacity is reached.
To avoid missing out, we strongly recommend registering as early as possible and holding off on any travel plans until your registration is confirmed.
Team standings, points, and medal counts are updated live and can be viewed under the ‘Results’ tab on the event page.
Top-performing teams will be awarded the largest medal and ribbon in the sport, with titles for:
We maintain rankings for both individual competitors and teams.
Rankings are viewable at the Global, Continental, and National levels.
You may receive a full refund to your original payment method up until the Normal Registration deadline.
After that, we offer a full credit coupon (valid for future events) until the event’s change deadline.
Once the change deadline has passed, credit will only be issued if a competitor has no scheduled matches.
Want to be part of the Grappling League crew? We’re always looking for experienced referees, scorekeepers, and weigh-in/podium staff.
We also offer opportunities to earn free registration by assisting with event setup.
