**The practice of Jiu-Jitsu demands patience, dedication, and resilience. Everything a human being accomplishes in life requires the same virtues. Consistency is the key to achieving your dreams. First comes the dream, then the action to realize it, but in the process you will be defeated countless times, you will fall, you will feel exhausted. At that point you will begin to understand the importance of resilience, "Nana korobi yaoki" - if you fall seven times, get up eight.**

  

**During training, you will often find yourself in uncomfortable positions; this teaches us to find comfort within discomfort. Don't despair, but remain calm and wait for the best moment to act. Keep your mind in the present, calm and alert. Overcome doubts and maintain consistency through discipline. We need these attributes and virtues in our daily lives.**

  

**The Zohar embodies this principle: the application of what we learn on the tatami mat to our daily lives. Women more confident in their rights. Strong men demonstrating compassion and kindness. Children with greater resilience and respect. All of us more spiritual. Our main objective is to provide tools and training for everyone to become the best version of themselves.
