Professor Wilson Bueno is a highly accomplished black belt competitor with an impressive competition record. He is a European champion, two-time IBJJF world champion, Brazilian No-Gi champion (CBJJ), international absolute master champion (European and South American) by IBJJF, multi-time IBJJF International Open champion, currently ranked number 1 overall and number 1 super heavyweight by CBJJ, and number 1 super heavyweight by IBJJF in the 2023/2024 ranking. His world-class competition experience and technical expertise make him one of the top instructors in Brazil. As part of the renowned Checkmat team, one of the most successful Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu associations worldwide, the academy provides access to championship-level technique and strategy.
