At Alliance, the curriculum is carefully planned according to each student's level, age, and specific needs, ensuring that every practitioner reaches their maximum potential. Alliance Porto offers comprehensive programs for all ages and skill levels: Kids BJJ (starting from age 3), Teens, Beginners (learning fundamentals in a safe environment), Intermediate (for white belts after 2nd stripe), Advanced (blue belt and above with higher intensity), Competition training, Women's classes, No-Gi grappling, Self-Defense, and adapted programs for para-athletes. The academy operates two training mats with classes running from early morning to evening throughout the week.
