**Name:** Flow State Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu

**Description:** Co-founded by Danny Brookes and Glyn Wood, the academy is led by head coach Jake Goldthorpe, a black belt under Combat Base who competes on Polaris Pro. Alex Thompson, also a Combat Base black belt, coaches gi classes, while Brookes runs the wrestling-for-BJJ sessions and Glyn Wood, a brown belt who has podiumed at the IBJJF European Championship, teaches gi and no-gi. The weekly timetable covers gi, no-gi, wrestling for BJJ and fundamentals classes for adults, plus junior BJJ for ages 8-12. A six-week beginner-only no-gi program called Foundations runs separately from the regular free trial week.
