Alongside MMA boxing, shootboxing and wrestling, the syllabus includes no-gi Brazilian jiu-jitsu, with fundamentals and all-levels classes on weekday evenings and open mats on Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday. Training is geared towards competition, 16+ only, with beginner courses and 1-2-1 sessions available.
