**Description:** Head coach Jon Collins holds a black belt under Mauricio Gomes, has over 20 years in professional sports coaching, and is a former police firearms officer; Mauricio Gomes, a coral belt and father of Roger Gracie, is also part of the coaching team. Classes run seven days a week across Foundations, All-Levels No-Gi, Juniors, Teens and a dedicated women's programme, with more than 50 women training. Foundations classes are capped at 60 minutes, built around live grappling games rather than static drilling. The competition team, the Guildford Stranglers, has earned more than 400 medals. The facility covers over 2,000 sq ft with Zebra mats, a sprung floor, showers, a weights gym and free parking.
