Rather than relying on brute force, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu focuses on leverage, positional dominance and mechanical efficiency, making it an incredibly effective self-defence system.

At Alexandra Park BJJ, we aim to be inclusive. Everyone can benefit from this incredible art, not just the athletic or ultra-competitive.
