From a humble local gym in Clapton to a state-of-the-art HQ in London Fields, we’ve been training world champions since 2005. 

But that’s not all we’re about.

Here, we follow three main principles: fighting, fitness, and family. We pride ourselves on being not only one of the most high-level martial arts gyms in London, but one of the most welcoming.
